After looking at some of these reviews I was concerned but when I showed up there was an artist that got 15 pieces framed in front me of (wow). Yes this made it a very long wait but it made us realize this framer is a hidden gem and the go to for professionals. We looked around the framing section of the store and they had beautiful artwork framed, sports memorabilia framed, and clothing framed. This extra time allowed us to look at more frame and completely switch up the type of frame we wanted. When it was our turn to discuss our artwork we saw Mohammed who went through many different options with us and stayed late past closing time which we greatly appreciated. After picking a frame and glass we had to wait and see how it would turn out. 2 weeks later it was ready and WOW! It beat our expectations, it was perfect in everyday. The frame color blended right into the artwork really making it pop which is what we wanted! In short: - Great Faming - Great Service - I will be back to have framing done here

I recently started learning cross stitch, and am always open to leaning new things. I saw the pretty needlecraft artwork in the window and decided to check it out. When walking in one woman asked if I needed help. I basically said the above. One of them barked "this isn't cross stitch". I said I know, my mother used to do needlepoint and I'm open to new things. She then proceeded to tell me (in quite a snotty tone) "I'm sure this isn't your mother's needlepoint either". Fine. You'll never get my business. I think the other woman might have tried to save herself by starting to tell me everything was hand painted. I was so turned off I told my husband let's go, and we walked out. Don't make judgements and be nasty to potential customers. Obviously they don't care if someone new might have been willing to spend money in their pricey shop. What a disappointing experience.
