I was informed that they would be contacting me to set my appointment. About a week goes by and no call from Dr. Ogunro's office. So I called my Neurologist office and they hand sent the request over, another week no call. In between the wait I called and left a message to call me, with return call. Today, I did get ahold of them and they informed me that they did get my referral and was going to call referrals today. I said, "does it normally take two weeks to call your referrals"? "Sometimes" was her response. I immediately said no thank you then and hung up. I do not feel like I should see a doctor that takes two weeks or more (I had to reach them) to contact patients that are in pain and need surgery. On top of that, my call was not returned! Leaving me to wonder what kind of care would I be getting? No thank you! You will not operate on me or get my money.
