We recently had one of their representative come out to measure for carpet in four rooms and a staircase. We have already torn out the old carpet and padding and when we were told that there would be a fee for removal, my husband stated that he would not pay for a service that Goshen Floor Mart would not be doing. Goshen Floor Mart is refusing to give us a quote because we were not willing to pay them for removal that has already been done. They have lost a repeat customer and we will be sure to let all of our friends know that Goshen Floor Mart should not be used for any of their remodeling needs. I have never given a review to any business but after spending thousands of dollars with this business to have them treat us this way is unacceptable and I will be sure to spread the word every chance I get. They put up sheets around where they were sanding so our house did not get dusty and then cleaned up where they were sanding every day before they left. The price was very reasonable for the work that was done.
