As it was built with money taken from tax payers for kids and unemployed people it doesn't open hours that really suit anyone that works for a living. However, if you want to take your kid swimming on a Satiurday it's very useful. It's open on weekdays to the general membership from 3pm until 5pm and on Saturdays from 10am until 5pm the rest of the time it is for 'community' stuff. Sunday it is closed. You just had to make sure that you came in during opening hours to hand in stuff, as bags left outside were always raided during the night by scroungers looking for the good stuff. This wouldn't have been so bad if they put stuff back in the bags, but they left them strewn all down the street which annoyed the hell out of me. I'm not sure what happened but this place has been closed for a few months now, so don't bother looking for it as you won't find it. I think it's now a ladies clothes shop..
