The score would be higher if the polish wall were not a lot of old separated colors and showing the discount stickers from when they were purchased. Also, the dryer station did nothing for my toes, normally I can feel the fans, but not in this case. It was all good until my feet started burning itching feeling than there were blisters on my toes my feet swell up and my big toe nails is lifting off my toes . I had to take cortisol and Benadryl. My feet swelling went down, I decided to go back to get the silac off my toes and to let them know what happened... his response was" you put your feet in too much water" " your feet will be fine" So my feet had a allergic reaction to chemicals used at the nail salon! I should have never let them f..k with my feetshould have left them alone, natural beauty, now they are f..k up! Now I have to let them heal... I would most definitely give 0 stars if I could. If you care for your natural nails DO NOT pay this shop a visit ! If you want to get a full set but still have an old set on they ONLY ply the artificial nail off which fucking HURTS ! What nail "spa" doesn't offer a "soak off service" ???! Then they pull the "language barrier" card to ACT like they don't know what you're meaning but they're around Americans too much to not know, so I always know that's an act. I also inquired about getting an Gel X set, I got the dumb look so I assumed they didn't have that service. Cool, no worries. I settle for powder dip& because I've never had it I wanted to know the longevity of the powder so I asked& asked& asked& ASKED ! Until I finally spoke up so loud I'm sure almost the whole shop could hear. He responds "I don't know." Just so plainly, as a nail technician I believe you should know those things& I expressed that to him &he says "Well it could be 1 month, 2 month, 1 week 2 week" which made me feel he didn't give a fuck to give me the accurate average &then & there I decided I wouldn't be put a dime of my money into this "spa" that doesn't even carry proper nail ETIQUETTE despite the deceiving look of the building. read more

I am impressed. First, I must compliment their fast and friendly customer service! When I walked in, I was greeted and seated. I did not wait long before I was serviced and while I was waiting on the nail tech I was given the option to browse through shellac colors (they had plenty of color options to choose from). The guy that did my nails was very pleasant, quick, and attentive to detail (I should've gotten his name). My shellac lasted for 2 weeks - no chipped paint, no dullness. Not a welcoming nail shop.. Rude workers talks about you in their language! The "lady Tina " automatically told me she doesn't do long nails and turned me away .without even looking at my nails up close .I never heard this ever in my life and they are not even extremely long but medium length...I came there and only wanted one nail repaired! and she also told me she didn't have the shade of pink I had on when it was hundreds of shades there.. but the funny thing is the nail I wanted repaired was full of rhinestones only!!! didn't even need pink polish for that one nail repair but she wouldn't know because she barely looked at my nails ..very judgmental person .will never return or recommend! the dummy lost 2 customers my family member walked right out with me the lady had bad energy...! it's 2-3 more bad reviews about her weird hostile ass ..she needs to find another profession not a good business person very judgmental and off! read more

Got my nails and toes polished and lashes done. Went home got in the shower 5 hrs later and did not get my face wet but washed my face after I got out my lash was hang then slided off the other one hanging ...Now I have been getting my lashes done for over 20 yrs and real lash places and never had this issue but I thought she she knew what she was doing seeing that she called her self sealing them with extra glue. Anyway I come back the next day to have her fix them and she has a attitude because I got my hair done what does that have to do with my lashes clearly if the lash was glued correctly my lash shouldn have come off I didn't go swimming or get my face wet never had this happen anywhere . And she was real rude seeing that this is here place of business I spent 70 dollars that day ..will never be back and I suggest never get them done there cause she does not know how to treat a paying customer when I stated they fell off when in 24 hrs and she made me sit till she finished everyone else and I was getting this done for a funeral. Make sure you go see Cindy or Tina they are both very good at what they do. Including nail art! Prices are decent. Always do an amazing job.
