Going to the Telekom used to be the sensible choice because they didn't just try to sell, sell, sell and not give a damn about customer satisfaction. That seems to have changed. I don't want to be straight up lied to by a sales person so that they can make more money, but that's exactly what they did at this telekom store. And then they probably moan about that everyone makes their contracts online these days and the stores don't make enough money anymmore - when this is exactly the kind treatment that makes me not wanna visit a real telekom store. At least their webshop doesn't lie to me. So no - don't expect good service or nice employees at the Telekom Shop in Münster, Stubengasse. I got lied to in order to get more money out of me and I don't take this sort of crap.
