They had a replacement screen, and we arranged transportation logistics for the 1.5 hour one way trip from Telluride to Montrose and back so as not to distrust our skiing. First screen replacement was defective so they had to order another. Delay in getting the replacement. Finally got the replacement late Tuesday and received the phone back on Wednesday. Very nice woman called to apologize and arrange for payment. Despite the delays, I would recommend.
