At that time this company had no positive reviews (only 1 negative) and so I wanted to help them out. I regret the additional business my original premature positive review brought this company managed by Troy Finch. That ends now. Now seeing how they treat loyal customers and blow off and greatly stress elderly people who have been nothing but loyal and accommodating during 4 never-ending months of a small kitchen rehab, we would never recommend this unreliable and unprofessional company. After being strung along and blown off and lied to too many times their services were terminated. After 4 long months APS was still stringing along overly kind and trusting elderly folks who requested an estimate and receipts for the thousands of dollars they paid up front despite numerous (now 15 documented) requests the last several months (only given excuse after excuse), and now weeks later the elderly folks still haven't received ANYTHING from APS and on top of that now can't even get a final bill and have since learned that APS also completely blew off their insurance companies requests for documentation from 3 months ago and is not taking nor returning calls unless it's from new customers. Unprofessional and downright unethical. We hope that APS learns from their mistakes and unprofessional behavior and realize that the path they chose in taking advantage of and greatly stressing elderly people on top of ruining their holidays only leads to bad reviews and less future business having a poor reputation. At this point we aren't even sure APS is still in business, nobody answers the phone nor has returned a call in nearly 3 weeks. The old school rule applies here, customers beware the smiling used car salesman. This company is also not listed with the BBB. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Troy's employee at least treated the elderly folks with respect, we can't say the same of the owner.
