Tamara the manager for this Telstra location gave me a horrible service, and an expensive bundle package deal which was suppose to be $120 a month, ended up $456 a month. I got in to cancel my service with Telstra and Tamara tells me that their will be a cancellation fee of $1200. Now when I signed up with her on August 31st she told me that the temporary package that I have is temporary and I'm able to cancel the service anytime since I'm not hooked up to the actual service that I wanted which was the ADSL home broadband. And I go into the store today to talk to her about canceling the service and she hits me with some bullshit saying I'll be billed a cancellation fee of $1200. This news did not go well with me, so with that been said and done, I'am not signing up with Telstra ever again, horrible service, they're expensive and I hope everyone keeps an extra lookout on what they're signing up for, and make sure that the person that's taking care of you rights everything out for you, so you don't be dumb founded when something goes wrong with whatever plan that you sign up with.
