She went to Tbooth and I was 15 steps away at the Bell store. Fast forward two years later and our contracts are up. We were both told that as long as we bought the insurance our phones could be turned in and upgraded - even if there was damage. Both of our phones have cracked screens. I am able to upgrade no problem through Bell store. Tbooth no longer exists in our city so she came to Bell. They were going to upgrade for her but they noticed that the insurance Tbooth gave her was a third party insurance and cannot be upgraded without the phone being fixed first. READ THE FINE LINES of your contract. She now has to pay $400 to fix or $800 to buy out the phone!! If you are planning to go with Bell do not do it through Tbooth!!!

They cancelled my home phone and promised to give it back within ten days; Didn't happen. I'm still getting calls on the Temporary number.After 15 days I'd had enough and starting to cancel as I was allowed to do within 30 days. Resistance at every turn; putting me on hold for (usually for min.) forewarned; I harrased berated and abused agents mercilessly. until 2 weeks later an escalation person gave me telephone number of John who stopped the service within 1 Min. He promised to send return documents; by the time I got off of the phone He had hung up and the service was stopped. Telus cut the coaxial cable so a technichan had come to repair that .Telephone help; was a joke; Hours and of hours listening over and again to the same Music that you,ve heard in elevators or waiting rooms. Telecom companies in Canada are a horror show and they all apply the same tactics. Check on review sites and see for your self. I recently had to replace a not yet year old blackberry, damaged portal. We had purchased it…read moreoriginally at this location and went back there for help after getting no where with the telephone support. The staff member we dealt with at this location, Mark, was exceptional. He tried for the better part of an hour, to retrieve my data for me. As the portal damage was deemed "physical" the warranty was considered void. This meant purchasing a new device. Mark explained to me how to take care of the blackberry and back up my important information. Then Mark went to bat for us and although I now own a new blackberry (which I purchased) Rogers agreed to send us a refurbished model as a good will gesture. When it arrived by courier 2 weeks later, it was in fact a new device, older model. My son is happy to now have this one! And I am VERY happy with my new blackberry bold. Although this store is often so busy that the wait times border on ridiculous, the customer service aspect is good. I think they need more staff because we sure don't want to be rushed through these purchases.

It also lights up blue when plugged in to the wall properly, and then lights up red when it has the phone charging. YAY. $20. The Second - A THREE METRE iPhone cord. Looks just like an iPhone cord. Works just like an iPhone cord. But it's three metres long, and it costs a whopping (tiny) $20. Staff is super-easygoing and they cram everything they can into this tiny space. YAY.

I found that when they reassembled the phone they left out, lost or stole multiple screws that should have been replaced, failed to preserve or replace the protective sticker required for using NFC and left out, lost or stole multiple small metal pieces that cover and hold in place the important wire connections in the device.
