    GARBAGE! My…read moregirlfriend contacted Roger's about her phone bill, she had been receiving substantial charges for usage when she has WiFi at work and home. I told her to call and ask for a better deal seeing as she was paying 110 for only 2g data with unlimited talk and text.. Compared to telus which I pay 60 for 3 gigs and unlimited talk and text(Roger's is garbage!). So she called and got in contact with a rep around 9 EMT and she explained her situation and inquired about better rates/offers (she has been with them for 6 years) and the rep said he couldn't offer her anything. So she asked for the manager and she got put on hold for 15 min. The same rep picked up and told her they were closing in 20 min (after being on the phone with him for 25min and in hold for 15...) and asked her if she just wanted more data or a lower rate. She again asked for the manager and he said he'd put her on hold again and told her that the manager would be about 4 minutes. WE WAITED ONE HOUR!!!! We have the call log on the phone that shows the duration of the call and when we called. What kind of service is that! Telus has never done anything like that to me or anyone I know and I've been with them less than 6 years. Never, ever use Roger's.

When I went to return it due to the fact it did not fit I was told by the manager, Bledsoe Bradette that they can not take a return on an open box total contradicting the salesperson. I was told I should have read the policy on the website rather then believe the representations of the sales person. Best they would give me was a 30% restocking fee. Buyer beware.

My family and I arrived at the store at approximately 10:56 a.m. and waited near the entrance until the store opened at 11:00 a.m. At that time, a salesperson welcomed us and let us know he would be happy to assist if we had any questions. We proceeded to the bed frame section to look through the available options. As there were many styles to choose from, it took some time for my wife, our two children, and me to review the selection. After some consideration, we found a bed frame that we liked and asked the salesperson if it was available. He checked his tablet and confirmed that the item was in stock and that we could pick it up the same day. Based on that information, we agreed to purchase the bed frame. The salesperson then told us he needed to speak with his manager and stepped away. When he returned, he informed us that the sale on the item had expired two days earlier and immediately adjusted the price to $350. I explained that we were willing to proceed with the purchase at the previously listed sale price of $250, as that was the price displayed when we selected the item and agreed to buy it. However, he stated that honoring the sale price was not possible. I expressed that this felt unfair given that the item was ticketed at $250 at the time we made our decision. Unfortunately, the salesperson reiterated that there was nothing he could do and did not appear open to discussing the matter further. As the conversation became increasingly tense, my children--who are five and seven years old--began to feel uncomfortable. At that point, I decided it would be best for our family to leave the store. I wanted to bring this experience to your attention, as the pricing discrepancy and the handling of the situation were disappointing.
