The owner Loura cancelled my appointment without notice and I only knew because of the automated email sent out said my appointment was for a different date and time. So I reached out to her and it was the most bizarre text exchange I've ever had. Twice she asked me to Venmo her for the deposit even though I already paid and she kept dodging my questions about why she rescheduled me without notifying me. I got such a bad vibe about the whole thing and because I left that interaction with a bad taste in my mouth, I asked her for a refund. Well, how convenient that she said it's their "policy" to not refund appointment deposits. Just stay away until this place closes down. I'm sure it won't be long from now.

I have been going in every day to cancel the membership and the receptionist told me that only the manager can cancel memberships. That's very odd to me. Especially, because they make it so easy to sign up, the lady that signed me up mentioned that I could pause or cancel anytime. She made it seem like it was as easy as calling in to cancel anytime. All I want is to cancel my membership due to health concerns and they won't let me. They want to charge me the first month and then they want me to call them again, then they have to get a hold of the manager that is not in the office every day, for her to send me a cancellation email, I then have to fill that out and submit. This is absurd. Word of advice, please save yourself a headache and don't come here at all. It's not worth it. I personally will not recommend to friends or family. It shouldn't be so hard to cancel a membership for someone concerned about their health. I regret deeply signing up. I am now experiencing anxiety and panic attacks because I am scared of the consequences of my heath concern and because they won't let me cancel the membership.

Very disappointing experience. I went in for routine cosmetic injections and left with results that…read moreactually made my face look worse. Filler was injected directly into the wet border of my lips, which caused immediate migration and an unnatural appearance. Botox was also placed in my DAO area, but the injections appear to have missed the muscle entirely. Instead of relaxing the DAO, it created dimpling in my chin and actually accentuated my jowls. When I returned to discuss the results, my concerns were dismissed and I felt completely gaslit rather than helped. No corrective plan, refund, or accountability was offered. Now I have to pay $200 out of pocket to have another provider dissolve the filler and attempt to correct the issue. Not to mention the correcting of my forehead tox which cost me $290 and we're going to address the lower face later... When you're trusting someone with injections in your face, proper placement and patient care should be the standard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
