I seriously LOVE this place. NP Kim is amazing! This was my first time ever getting Botox or lip filler, so finding someone I felt comfortable and confident with was really important to me. From the moment I met her, I felt completely seen, understood, and taken care of. She spent so much time during our consultation getting to know me, listening to my goals, and explaining exactly how she would approach everything. I never felt rushed, and I immediately trusted her expertise. I ended up booking my lip filler and Botox appointment that same day because I felt that comfortable. Set in the Temecula Valley area Vellure med spa offers various treatments from injections to various laser treatments, IV hydration, facials, & skin analysis. As soon as you walk into the gorgeous lobby you are greeted by friendly staff. My appointment was scheduled first for a complementary consultation where they take various face photographs that look deep into my skin and they educate you on the different treatments. After learning about the different types of treatments, I decided to try the Neogen which is a noninvasive treatment for fine lines wrinkles and skin tightening. The staff numbed my face first and then proceeded with the treatment, which felt like warm drops on my face (actually really enjoyed it). During my treatment Beth & Joy were so helpful and attentive to my needs during the treatment they were so helpful. The downtime was about a week and they said it may cause peeling but did not because I purchased the recommended gel product and lathered my skin with that daily. The results were phenomenal! The volume on my right side of face has significantly tightened and lifted and I feel and look younger. I've had friends and family ask what I've done and I definitely recommend them here! I was seen by kim who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was also able to answer all my questions and at the time I didn't have many, but she made herself available when I left my appointment and answered questions that came up later for me. My medication arrived quickly. I was able to Get an appointment in without any hassle. So far it's been a week so can't really update on my results, but looking forward to the continued program.
