I'm not satisfied at their service at all. in the beginning…read moreof treatment we wanted to do a monthly payment, the office immediately looked down on us and claimed that they have many clients who can do a one time complete payment so they prefer a big payment in the front. after the treatment started because their office is incapable to handle insurance they threat us multiple times that they have to stop the treatment if the insurance takes longer time. Eventually the insurance went through, they stopped threatening. at that point of time I have already been reluctant to use them but because insurance already kicked off so we had to stuck with them for 18 months of treatment, every time the schedule is difficult never being easy. At the end we are not satisfied with the result so we asked for a bit longer time to keep the brace on but got excused and fooled. Dr. Rong broker her initial promise that at initial when she's asking for the whole payment she and her front office persuaded us multiple times that they will continue the treatment until we are fully satisfied. that's NOT the case once the payment is being made. at the last visit they did a horrible and poor quality imaging (they had to do twice on a single imaging for a retainer). at the time of imagine my daughter already knew they are doing poorly, after we received and tried on the retainer, we informed the office immediately that that the retainer doesn't fit and extremely uncomfortable, Dr. Rong was not willing to redo the imagine, although my daughter keeps complaining to her that the retainer doesn't fit and caused pain to her 18 months treated teeth, Dr. Rong simply trimmed the edges of the retainer and she fooled us that the comfortableness was from the edge, then we were fooled again by dr Rong that we can go back to redo the imagining because she has to leave early that day, since then we can never redo the imaging without paying a fee. so that, my daughter won't put the retainer which caused more pain to her after such a long time treatment. we informed the office that one piece of the retainer was lost and ask for a replicated picec, Dr. Rong first claimed that she didn't store our image and she can't replicate or redo, then her office said $200 to redo, later they changed that $200 to redo only one single piece. looking back their poor quality work and the demand of money is frustrating. In one word I won't trust this office. I put out the truthful experience here, welcome whoever to verify this, and also welcome the office to contact me and to fix their wrongdoing!

They are so patient and helpful with my insurance, and i almost certainly would not have had all that dental work I needed approved without (Jamie) going beyond. Dr. Paarul is the first dentist I've had that I actually enjoy visiting. I trust her completely, her assistant, Iris, is tremendous..and they never do recommend or do more work than is necessary, to make extra money (I've heard some horror stories.) I can really trust Amaltas Dental. It's nice, to put it simply. This dental team has made a significant difference in my life. If you're on their page reading this...TRUST ME! Even if they aren't the closest dental office, they are the best you'll ever find. (Dr. Paarul shares this practice with her husband, who did my initial exam. I really liked her and was looking forward to using this office for my son's braces. She made us feel comfortable and was genuine. On the same day I emailed Wendi (insurance person) my ins card along with dad's insurance card to confirm coverage. She advised she would call me back to confirm coverage. The following week I had not heard back and called and spoke with Wendi who informed me she was still looking into the coverage. I gave it some time since the holidays were approaching. Early Jan I called again, since I had not received a call back and Wendi advised me that she did not have dad's ins info. I said, how could that be possible when you confirmed you received it during the last conversation and you stated you were waiting to hear back from the ins co. She said she would call me back. She called me back about 1 hour later and confirmed she did have it and that it was with someone else in the office for pre-authorization. To date I still have not heard back from the office. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and customer service I will not be moving forward with this office. It is a disappointment since I really liked Ms. Hargaden and was looking forward to her services.

His office staff is also great. They are friendly, helpful and understanding. In particular Denise at the front desk is a rock star person and worker. Denise is very on the ball with everything. I can't recommend Dr Klein and his staff enough and I'm a big baby when it comes to getting dental work done. I'm totally at ease in Dr Klein's chair. I am very picky about Drs and Dr Klein is above the rest.
