I made a reservation for a Saturday weekend, just in case as we were a party of 8. Our age group of attendees were between 7- 40-ish. LOL. A variety of DIY options to choose from - you can choose from painting, decorating vases, water bottles, jewelry boxes, hair clips, and even making keychains just to name a few. There were quite a few options to choose from if you're not crafty and are more artsy or just want to paint. With so many chotskies to choose from, it was hard to decide what theme or designs to make. I think I took twenty minutes just to look at everything! (Staff was very patient, much appreciated). Speaking of, there were two staff members to help with questions we had, providing tips, settling our things down and giving us the proper colors and tools we needed for the tasks at hand. Again, our age group and size was a challenge. They were very nice! My group all had a great time. Each person took their ideas and just had fun gluing, designing, talking and just doing their thing. We were never rushed. Only thing for management to note, given the epoxy takes so long to dry, they should provide dryers on hand to speed up the process. They told us it would take 24-48 hours for our items to fully dry. (Yeah the kids can't wait that long!) Check out our finished items! (See pics)

I swear... pyramid scheme began in elementary schools. But seriously though... this is one of the safest schools out there. Everyone in this neighborhood is so tame. Kids just run pretty rampant here like they own the place. They rebuilt the school yard and fixed the basketball hoop so now I can no longer slam dunk on it. The cool thing about this school is that they have a dedicated music class where you can learn how to play the string instruments. If you like to see your poor kid holding up a full size bass, go for it.

This is a place that families from Long Island and even NYC come to decompress, relax, and have fun. Under new community leadership, the facilities have been updated and programs revamped. There is something for everyone here, from kids' swim/tennis/basketball lessons and fun activities to adult social events and spa treatments. I fill everything out and then she said that she'll only take cash which I don't have so I have to leave without a swim workout and having met a very unpleasant human.
