I called Santosha Spa and was told that they were all booked for the day, but the receptionist said she might be able to fit me in. A few hours later I called and was told I was scheduled for an appointment with Ash. I've had hundreds of massages where I live in Seattle and in various places around the world. I all honesty, the massage I got from Ash was among the top two or three. The only way it could have been better would have been if there was more time. As a cyclist, my legs need extra attention, and Ash's deep-tissue work was unparalleled. And she loosened up my back just perfectly. I can't give Ash or Santosha Spa a higher rating.

The "nail tech" who clearly has never done a manicure began by sitting through expired polish, explaining that it was the end of the year ans sonw of the polish gets goopy. She then wrapped me in nail polish remover for 15 minutes (no filing), attempted to scrape off the top layer, and then went on to blame my polish for the lack of ease of removal. Her "boss" came in who then attempted to speak down to me, saying OPI was REALLY hard to remove (it's not). She took out the electric file, which was dead. And then took a nail file to my nails with a half assed attempt at salvaging-- it was so clear they had NO IDEA what they were doing, zero clue on nail care or treatment, and kept speaking down to me as if my polish was the problem. After looking at my destroyed nails, I left. I cannot believe their complete lack of professionalism or qualifications- head ANYWHERE else but here.
