You can also expect to pay for: Perpetual Care, which we negotiated as included, since we purchased 4 plots. Clergy Fee, when you don't belong to Beth Israel. You'll need to pay this even if you bring your own clergy.

Everyone was happy. The new building is spacious, modern, yet cozy. The congregants were very welcomming. The Rabbi (on the young side with 3 young children) seemed very affable and had a great singing voice. (I latter learned he had been a Cantor.) The service was relaxed and surprisingly engageing. (At least it surprised me.) We were searching for a synaguge mainly for our 2 boys then 6 and 8. To be continued - My son now 11 is requesting the computer to play his games.
