I recently applied to a posting advertised in their website and Julie reached out to me. I was excited to speak with her and possibly began working with this joke of a staffing agency. This all went downhill quickly as she began questioning my career choices and offering unsolicited advice. First off, I didn't sign up/ ask for career advice and guidance in making choices about MY life. This place is extremely unprofessional and I'm in complete and utter shock at the way Julie spoke to me. I absolutely would NOT recommend this company to anyone, even if you're desperate. They obviously don't care about helping to find you work. They seem to be more interested in inserting themselves into your personal lives and offering you unsolicited advice about than they are in finding you work. *PS I'd probably ignore all of these 5-star reviews, they're most likely written by one of their RUDE employees *side-eye*

I told her the position but said I didn't want to disclose the company. She didn't seem to like that answer and wouldn't let it go. She told me I wasn't being fair because I wasn't giving them information...it became aggressive and she took it very personally. I told her she was making me uncomfortable but she wouldn't stop...she was obviously angry. This was a 'true colors' moment. I eventually realized she wasn't going to let it go so I said thank you, but no thank you. Honestly, that was by far the most unprofessional and uncomfortable staffing interview ever. Just save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

I was interviewing for a role, and I was told repeatedly that I was competing with one other person. Turns out, this was a person they were also promoting. They are so bad at what they do, there were promoting at least two people, and they had none of their candidates accepted. What they fail to realize is that if they promote two candidates for the same role, they will always lose the role...man cannot serve two masters, etc. You can use them, but don't count on them getting you a job.

I am a hard worker and have excelled at every other organization where i have been employed. I was basically fired for not producing enough "hours" basically making them enough money BUT was never supported and give clients in a timely manner. They are judging, critical and darn right nasty to the clients (and their employees- my supervisor secretly confessed to me that the owner talked about me and others in a derogatory manner & blamed us for client's outcome in court etc). They expect you to do things that will pay more and get them more business even though it is apparent that is not in the clients best interest. It was the worst year of my life. I cried every day after working here a while & then subsequwntly became unemployed and struggled for a long time until finding a much better and supportive job. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!! And most of all do not contract them to work with your clients!!!!!

Even staff members who were highly talented and knowledgeable were fired at the drop of a hat at BB. I wasn't fired, but chose to leave because the owner treated me extremely unprofessionally. I have directed counseling programs myself and would never think of treating a co-worker like she treated me.

Many provided interpreting services but did not get paid. Others wanted to adhere to various industry standards and Adam would (try to) intimidate interpreters into agreeing to unethical terms. My car broke down the evening before one of my assignments so I've told them right away that I needed to cancel that assignment because I was not going to be able to make it since it was over an hour away. The manager left me a nasty voicemail after I've already spoken with someone else to let them know my situation. They wanted me to find a last second replacement which was impossible to do. They took my 2 pending payments from previous assignments saying that they will not pay me because of not showing up for the assignment and that per contract I was supposed to cancel 48 hrs in advance. That makes no sense since it was a last minute unexpected situation! They are a joke of a company The pay was already so low and took well my money! They even dared to threaten me with their liability attorney. Stay away from them if you can
