The staff are friendly and are happy to show you where to find different types of cards and gifts. the shop is well siuated in the heart of the Old Swan shopping area and i think it's definitely a good place to go rather than the branded shops around.

Every card I have bought from there does not have that cheap feel about it and I always know the person receiving the card will realise the quality, as well as the imaginative message inside. If there is a particular card you seek, chances are that there will be that ideal one. Staff will be able to kindly assist even when they may appear busy. This particular branch in Bold Street is smaller than the one in St. John's Precinct yet it still sells most items but in less quantity as one would expect. It gets crammed when there are a lot of customers present; every time I walk past this shop, it always seems to be packed with a big queue. Sometimes it does get a bit frustrating when there is only one person at the till serving. The store is also very warm which does feel agitating. Due to these reasons, the other branch would be a better alternative and it's a lot more spacious. Above all, the Card Factory is definitely my usual place to purchase cards.

I noticed they do a good selection of discount cards, around 79 pence each, which is not bad compared with what you'll pay in Hallmark stores, for instance.

This store has an amazing selection, and even near to Christmas (when most stores remove lots of their birthday cards etc) you still have lots to choose from. This is really important to me as I have alot of birthdays aroung Christmas time. I love all the extra gift ideas in the store, such as the soft toys. This is ideally situated in the golden square and the store is well spaced out. It is bright and cheerful, and the staff are also friendly and helpful. The best place to buy cards, as far as I am concerned!

This is a great place to stock up so that you have cards on hand the next time an occasion sneaks up on you and you've forgotten to buy one. They also sell a few gift items, and a variety of gift wrap. The only down side to this shop is that they only accept cash, so you'll need to remember to cash out before heading into the market. (But I guess that's good sense anyway, if you're shopping in a market.)

I noticed a bra stand recently which is quite a new addition (There are no changing rooms though so you can't try it on and I don't know if they accept returns). I love to just browse in here, it's only small and quite popular so it can get cramped but everythings really well organised and displayed so you can look with ease. I bought a few scarves for christmas last year from Annabel's the material is lovely and they've kept in great condition. Great shop with lots of pretty things! Really low prices too.

A bit difficult to find if you dont know the area, lots of parking space and they will help with heavy items. There wallpapers are mostly Crown as are there paints, they also have lots of books to order from some with very expencive papers and some very reasonably priced. The best thing about shopping here rather than a place like B.Q is the staff really know there stuff and are very helpfull, we took a small section of wallpaper into them, they recognised it, ordered it and we had it within the week. Dont get that in bigger places.
