Just recently, a woman by the name of Sue approached her out of the blue and told her that she needed to pick up all of her things and leave and take classes if she wanted to come back. She was then left scavaging for all of her pieces and tools in front of all of the other artists in the studio at the time, leaving my friend mortified. She was later informed that she asked too many questions and so prompted Sue to kick her out. Because that clearly makes sense. In no situation is that kind of embarrassment ever acceptable and if this is the kind of practice that you guys are running, I want zero part of it. I hope you take a moment to reprioritize the humans who give you the money to keep your business running because if you carry on in this manner, that energy will come right back at you. And well they were pretty bad. The instructor did not even teach me basics of maneuvering. He just took me directly on the road and kept asking me to raise my speed. I agree roads have speed requirements but I'm a beginner driver so do you really think I'd be comfortable driving my first lesson in traffic? The instructor kept yelling and cursing at me. I get it, he's passionate or aggressive as he calls it, but maybe taking that tone with a learner isn't the best. In my fifth lesson the instructor asked me to parallel park without any instructions. And when I tried he said well you sucked. No doy sir! But did you teach me? No! I felt horrible cause I'm all alone here but being professional is not a thing I saw with this school.

Also, there will be classes off blocking off the entire weight room during my only period of time to work out so I am unable to get the kettlebell weights needed for my exercises due to a class using a PUBLIC room. Lastly, the pickleball afternoon times are so limited and they will randomly have lessons without posting anywhere on the virtual schedule causing people to drive all the way there and they can't use the gym for the already limited pickleball times. I mean you guys have two apps (confusing!) you'd think you could figure out how to post the times online... The good: for what you get with the classes and really nice showers the price is relatively affordable.

My roommate and I worked hard on making it a nice place to live. In reality, half the apartment is falling apart. The appliances are very old, screws and hinges of cabinet disappear and the walls and the floors have holes. Nevertheless, we made it pretty and we loved it. That is until our landlord started harassing us. Turns out, out landlord wanted to raise our rent. This happens all the time. But in the professional adult world, you sit and discuss it. We weren't that lucky dealing with LA management. My roommate and I began to be harassed by text messages and emails and phone calls about some mysterious owners wanting this and that and this and that without ever a hint of courtesy. We have been really good tenants, never a day late on rent and now our landlord is constantly entering the apartment and doesn't give a shit about our privacy. Joy. Thank god we are leaving.
