When you set the appt they give you a designated day and time frame as to when they will be there, but then on the day of the pick up they texted me 2 hrs prior to being there with a more exact time of when they will show up. That extra benefit gives most people enough time to just leave work and meet them pretty easily without needing to take a half day off and just sit and wait for 4-5 hours without knowing when they will actually show up. It was a great experience and I will definitely call them again. I would definitely recommended them to friends/family.

When they got there, the price was 3 1/2 times higher than we were quoted. We were honest with the furniture pieces that we needed moved so we feel like we were duped with the pricing. We were under a time crunch so we bit the bullet and just paid the extra. We were donating the items in my MIL apartment. The mover kept asking why we're donating so many items. I finally just said "my mother in law passed away and we needed to clean out the apartment". Then he kept asking why we're donating didn't want to keep an object or a picture. I just politely said that the family already took out the items they wanted. I felt like my privacy was violated. It was already a difficult situation and I didn't appreciate the grilling.
