This was a downsizing move, so I let Ashton and Tyler know beforehand that we would have some furniture to donate after we moved my dad's things into his new place. They helped me arrange everything just how we wanted it in the new place and had no problem moving a couple of extra pieces to the donation site when we realized they wouldn't fit in the smaller space. Both Ashton and Tyler were friendly and professional and did the job efficiently. I was quoted for 4 hours of work and because it only took 3 hours 15 minutes, that's what they charged us. I found out about these guys when I was in the process of moving and trying to get quotes from different moving companies. We moved from Connecticut and had to put our stuff in storage here in Grand Rapids while looking for a home here. When it was time to move our entire household of items out of storage, I called Short Kingz, on the recommendation from my nephew who had used them previously. They were always quick to respond to my inquiries and were the only movers we have used in the past 8 years, who came with the correct amount of truck space. I was thoroughly impressed with Camden, Owen, and Brennan. They were diligent and careful every step of the way but the thing that I was most impressed with was how at the end of the day, when it occurred to me that I'd like some furniture pieces in different rooms, they were just as eager and gracious to make those changes as they were at the end of the day.
