After shopping around for…read moreprescription sunglasses in all the spectacle stores in Richmond (there are at least 7), I decided upon getting my glasses in Specsavers, mainly due to the price and variety. The prices here are comparable to the cheapest opticians (e.g. Boots), however they have the range and designs of the more expensive places. Be wary of them adding on lots of extras (thin lenses, extra thin lenses, with anti scratch, etc) which can make the final costs more than you expect, but otherwise I had stellar service from this place (much better than the Specsavers in Victoria). Also, Boots in Richmond has cheaper eye tests.

Mistakes made my staff caused the delays. Level of communication by staff zero. Even the head office customer service team overlooked my mail. For a premium brand the level experience zero. Will NEVER visit the store again and not recommended. So many other great opticians in the area.
