My second appointment here and they're never on time. Last time I waited an hour and fourth five minutes to be seen, today I'm writing this as I sit waiting for over an hour. Front desk is rude and clueless, basically all her job entails is "checking people in" and if I have a problem to talk to the doctor. I came here because I could not see my usual doctor and the doctor I was seeing here got good reviews but the timeliness is terrible. I go in for an 11:30AM appointment and did not see the doctor until around 12:50PM, over 1 hour later. I was considering walking out but I go to the front desk and they say the doctor will be with me soon but I still had to wait. My appointment with the doctor was no more than 20 min, felt rushed and she was not very informative. They do not respect your time here, I will stick to by original obgyn. read more

Don't go here. In regards to tenafly location. They don't care about patients. I am 21 weeks pregnant. I have been trying to have patience with this practice but am utterly disappointed. This even about the fact that you make an appt and have to wait sometimes 2 hours to be seen. Ridiculous. Then I have to pay over 100 visit because they did too many ultrasounds and my insurance won't cover it but the visit was 15 minutes Max...if that. I have been a patient here for several years. Recently was notified my OB left and who knows when she will be returning. Makes you question ethics. Was told to see another specific female doctor in her place. The doctor was nice...thought the appt. went well. Went to make another appt. and as usual they put it on the patient to call and try to get an appointment for the next for weeks at a later time because they don't have the schedule yet. Ok, I was out off by did it anyways. I call to try to make my 24 week appt. and am told the doctor doesn't have availability for two months out. So by this point I would be 28 weeks. However was told the last time that I needed a certain test next appt. was just told well sorry it's just the schedule. No explanation or anything I'm regards to what happens if I miss an appt. they are dealing with pregnant women who are dealing with a lot at the moment or at least I am and they showed no genuine concern for me. Idk about you but I would consider that medical neglect. Why take on a patient you have no time to see when you are supposed to. Utterly disappointed that halfway through I have to figure out on my own a new OB to see I'm addition with moving, this being my first time, a pandemic, and just everything else. I came to this office after my OB/GYN told me at 33 years old that I had a fibroid tumor large enough that could only be removed via hysterectomy. I know three of the doctors in this office very well and credit them with bring two of my three daughters into the world. Dr. Lieblich saved my uterus and gave me hope I could get pregnant again. Dr. Kithinji is a saint as is Dr. Broizman. You may have to wait but they are wonderful as are their staff. I cannot speak highly enough of them. read more

Don't go here. The doctor is super unreliable and you literally have to give an arm and a leg to SPEAK TO A DOCTOR. After telling me my test results were "normal" they called me back a week later and left me a voicemail stating that they were wrong and the test results came back "slightly abnormal." I called them and asked for more information (being a nurse I understand the laws of being unable to give out information on the phone). But I mean.... really?? Why in the world would you call someone and tell them their results were normal and then change the story?? So I made an appointment to speak to the doctor in the office at 10AM. I arrived twenty minutes early, was called in to speak to the nurse a little after 10AM, she told me my NEW results and had no additional information and said I have to speak to the doctor and that I am getting a biopsy today. You're kidding right?? Waited an hour for the doctor to arrive after that. Place is a joke and I will be getting a second opinion and will never come back here either. read more

I have state insurance and have been treated as if I don't matter by broizman and his practice. I am in constant pain, I have every symptom of endometriosis and when I was finally told I would be receiving surgery, it was for something totally different than the procedure necessary to diagnose endometriosis. I was given no information about the procedure including time and who would be preforming it. I called to ask questions about the procedure and was told I would need to make an appointment if I wanted my questions answered. I couldn't miss more work, so I just waited to hear from the hospital who eventually called to confirm the surgery. When I arrived at the hospital, I was turned away because I was supposed to be fasting...information broizman should have provided. Upon being turned away from the hospital, I called the office and was told they usually give information packets to their patients going into surgery and I suggested that maybe because I have state insurance I have been more neglected than most patients. She said they don't do that, then proceeded to tell me no doctor was in today and the soonest I could be seen for an *emergency* appointment was ten days from now.... read more

Waited a month to see this dr. When I arrived I filled out my paperwork and waited to be seen. The nurse took my vitals right away and THEN, began the wait. I waited over one hour and thirty minutes. Others that came AFTER me were seen. When I inquired why I was getting skipped, I was told other patients were seen by another dr. and I was next. The other dr. left the office and so did other patients (most of which came after me). I am truly certain there must be some discrimination with my insurance. It's ridiculous. Not once did the staff apologize or warn me that the dr was running late. The front desk receptionist was rude and not helpful. She looked confused. After the long wait, I told her I had waited long enough and I was leaving and she replied "ok". Terrible experience and service. Needless to say, I felt discriminated and like I wasted my time (waiting for the appointment and at the office). I was not seen and will never return. read more
