was out of town for a month and a half for work , got back home finally, the very next morning they towed my vehicle , on a holiday , so I couldn't call or come in that morning with payment , and then sent a letter three days after stating they would be taking my vehicle . they don't offer a way to catch up your payment they just take it and send it to auction . and did it on a day they weren't even open . second vehicle I've financed through them got it from 36000 down to 13000 and the fuckheads take it the literal day I got back home was going to go in that day but couldn't even cause they was closed . when you get a loan they tell you all these things like you can skip 6 months of payments if you need to , all this other lies and bullshit . I wouldn't waste my time with their high ass rates and lack of care or commitment to people who have been a customers of theirs for 5 years . read more

Have finally had it with this bank. Will soon be closing this account I've had here for almost 40 years. For the last 2 years, I've had nothing but terrible service, a rude and disrespectful teller I try to avoid, and a bank that seems to think my money is somehow theirs and they will control how I will use it. The manager of this branch is the only person I've been able to work with who has been professional and helpful, and I'm sure she's following protocol. But the COO decided that the large insurance check I received from my late husband's estate couldn't be deposited in my 40 year old account. So I've taken it to another local bank that seems to be happy that I've opened a new account with them. So, TTCU can keep their little obnoxious teller and control their other customers, I'm going elsewhere never to darken their door again. read more
