Lisa knew about the conditions so much that she pointed out a few facts that we were not even aware of and gave us some suggestions that she has seen help. And they did. When we get back we can always tell by the way our pets act that they were very happy here and very well taken care of. We know that they are in the best hands with Lisa and we wouldn't even consider anyone else to be in charge of our herd. We really like how we can pick what we want. Everything is handled properly and the cost is a bargain for what you get and not over inflated like some places we found when we were looking around. I also have used them in the past to board my old dogs and was very pleased. I should add, I am very observant and picky where I leave my pups. I have no worry about the Dog House.
