Lisa knew about the conditions so much that she pointed out a few facts that we were not even aware of and gave us some suggestions that she has seen help. And they did. When we get back we can always tell by the way our pets act that they were very happy here and very well taken care of. We know that they are in the best hands with Lisa and we wouldn't even consider anyone else to be in charge of our herd. We really like how we can pick what we want. Everything is handled properly and the cost is a bargain for what you get and not over inflated like some places we found when we were looking around. My wife is addicted to the extra bonus program that they have.

My dog went to her place 3x a week for day care, and Karla did a home visit the other 2 days a week to take her outside and give her something to break up the long day alone. Karla did a great job taking care of my dog, who always came home happy and worn out from all the playing she did with the other dogs. Karla also was always great to work with when I had unexpected situations, even going so far as to help get my dog home when I wasn't able to pick her up due to family emergencies. Even after my dog didn't need to get looked after every day, I still took her over by Karla's once a week because it was a great way for her to get to see and play with other dogs. The person working the cat area then decides while I was there would be a good time to clean them, . This place serves food and beverages that are eaten IN this area! These cats are dirty and walking around where you're expected to drink and eat. It's not sanitary and frankly not safe when all the cats want to bite and scratch. The concept is good, the layout is terrible and it clear these cats are stressed.

Dr. B I believe is what the vet was, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He provided me a mountain full of information where the other clinic gave me practically nothing. We were lucky to get our appointment the same day and was able to get into a room right away. The vet tech also provided me with information on financial assistance grants and things if I needed it and they even went above and beyond and clipped her nails and showed me how to properly clean her ears. To say that it was a pleasant experience would be an understatement. I will 100% be going back to this place from now on.

I was told once that if I didn't want him shaved down completely (because it made him sore and uncomfortable) that I was welcome to take him home and brush him better. For context I have been complimented by other groomers past and present on how well we keep him brushed. The staff is rude, they inexplicably take far longer than expected and will leave your dog sore uncomfortable and anxious to save themselves the "trouble" of doing the job correctly and humanely.

The Wellness Vet has always provided us with a means for affordable and professional care for all of our animals- from the spaying procedure for 3/5 of our cats, to performing a bladder stone removal for one of our cats, to properly diagnosing and treating our other male cat for urine crystals, to having us not worry about our doggo's lumps confirming they're cysts, to currently helping our other cat through a respiratory issue. We have always been satisfied with the care we have received! Also, it's a plus that I'm able to text them with questions whenever issues have come up with our fur babies! Very grateful for the care we've received from all of the staff members, and the veterinarians are great. Highly recommended!
