I asked them specifically Katie to put it in writing that they are refusing to accept payment for services for my stepson and they refused. She continued on and had me on speaker phone with the prior owner beside her I believe her name was Julie. They were belittling and confrontational. All I wanted to do is pay my husbands portion of his bill as they have accepted in the past. Absolutely insane. I really did think at first this was a great environment now I am not so sure

Horrible experience with this place. I called over a month ago and explained I would be moving to…read morethe area. I wanted to see if I could get my daughter enrolled and was told it was no problem at all. Great, that was easy! They sent me an information packet and I scheduled a visit to take a tour. This morning I packed my 2 young children in the car and drove 40 minutes to the school (because I still haven't moved yet) When I got there I sat down with Sue and was immediately told nothing was available until AT LEAST 4 months out. Are you kidding me? That's NOT what I was told when I first called in. And what complete disregard for my time. When I explained my frustration all I got was a "aw, yeah well sorry". How disrespectful. I could have spent the last month looking for another place that does have availability. Obviously this is a very disorganized establishment. Would not recommend wasting your time here.

The owner, Tara, and her staff of wonderful teachers are absolutely amazing! They are kind, patient, and take every action to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for all of the children. We look forward to the daily updates and pictures that the teachers provide us through the app. We have nothing but glowing remarks about Cedar Gables and recommend it to everyone!
