I used all of my PTO to be home for the installation days they specifically requested. My family has been forced to eat out every day for over a month, and now they've told me the soonest install date is another week away--because their "main guy" is on vacation. No backup plan, no weekend work, no compassion. Just excuses. They unhooked the stove, water, and power, leaving my home in full demolition mode. When I pleaded for an earlier date, I was coldly told they "have other customers to tend to." That response said everything I needed to hear about how they prioritize their customers: once they have your money, you no longer matter. This company has shown no responsibility, no accountability, and no care for the chaos they left behind. I'm writing this review so others don't have to go through the same nightmare. If you value your time, your home, and your family's well-being--stay far away from Wrightway Cabinets and Trim.
