This was a great spot. I couldn't leave Berlin and not have Kebap. The place is small but still plenty of seating inside, with good weather there are a lot of tables outside. The gentleman taking orders was very polite, friendly and helpful since we are not German. We ordered our food and he brought it to our table. Food was delicious. My first Doner experience in Berlin right after arriving, but it honestly was pretty good! The meat was juicy and tender and there was a good amount of it in the sandwich. The bread had a nice crunch to it without being too much. I wish the spicy sauce was a little bit more of a kick, but it still had a nice flavor. The service was very fast, I walked in and they immediately took my order and it was ready in 3 minutes. There was a little bit of a language barrier, mostly on me not paying attention enough, but non German speakers will have no problems ordering and eating here. They have a minimum of 8,50 Euro for credit card payments, but if you're getting sandwich, fries, and drink that will be no problem. My sandwich alone was 7,50 and I paid cash. The whole staff is mean and even their older guy I guess he is the owner or supervisor is rude. Will not recommend! Location: It is located along Wilhemstrabe. The interior is ok with seating outside and inside. Service: the whole staff is rude including their boss, im not sure if he is the boss or owner but he is the eldest there. There was a line. And the boss ask my order then i paid, he told me to move to the side with an arrogant voice. I didn't say anything. Then the lady in front of me move to the other side thinking she was took all her orders. So I told the guy who is making the doner to not put hot sauce on mine. The boss told me "thats not yours!" I said "ok I didn't know". Then the guy who is making the order ask me you don't want hot sauce? So i said "he said it's not mine" pointing at the boss. The boss told me "it's yours!" With an upset voice. I told him "you just told me it's not mine and its hers" then the boss said to another staff "talk to him" and he said something with their language and all the staff laughs. Like for real that is how you treat your customers? Have some manners! There is a lot of pictures of you with celebrities inside your restaurant. Do I have to be a celebrity to be treated right??? Food: we bought the Doner Menu. To be honest it was not good. This is not because they treated me unwell. But the meat is dry and there is nothing special about it. On our first night in Berlin we tried a Doner Kebap right across from our hotel, it was really good (Pergamon Doner) but we wanted to try a different place, looking in google maps we found this restaurant, we walked approximately 15-20 minutes from our hotel to to give it a shot. Well to start, the owner/manager/cook, whatever he is completely ignored us while he cooked, charged, and had a nasty rude attitude with the patrons who were waiting for their orders .....I should've known there and then. We waited in line for a while and when he finally took my order, guess what I got too? Yes, you guessed it, he gave me a nasty attitude, especially when I went to pay and he said, cash? I said, "no I don't have cash I have a credit card, then he says, "why not?" I said well because I have a credit card. My boyfriend was so mad and said "don't worry about it", he wanted to leave but I still went ahead and paid since we were already there. By the way, they don't have a cash only sign anywhere because it isn't cash only!!!! he pulled his credit card machine and charged me!! Now the food...and I have to agree with previous reviews, it has nothing to do with the crappy service.....it was good but not great, definitely nothing to write home about...we got the cheese doner and the big doner and they were both just meh. Will definitely never in my life come back to this place, the dude is just a complete pain in the butt to deal with, he is rude, disrespectful and has 0 people skills. Plus they are so disorganized that they feel they have to take it out on customers!!! There are tons of kebap places all over Berlin with great reviews and I am sure better service so save your energy and hunger and go somewhere else. read more

Our absolute favourite meal in Berlin! I got the regular Doner Kebap that came with plenty of fresh, crunchy veggies. The meat was generous in portion as well, with the thin slices nicely laid on top of the bed of veggies. The yogurt sauce was light and complemented the fillings without being overpowering. Really nice and more upscale doner kebab shop that also does pizza, pastas, and burgers! I had a salad (I know, I am a total weirdo for order a salad at a doner place) but there were SO many veggies and lots of cheese and it was totally delicious, next time I will ask them to put meat on it too. My friend ordered the BIG doner and boy was it big...trust me, even if you are really hungry, you don't need the big one. WIll be back and they take cards! Horrible staff, the dude (JE__K) at the register horrible attitude. He will ruin your entire experience. The younger guy is American friendly and tried to help not like the rest of the staff. If they had any lower rating that would be what I would gave then. After I purchased the meals for the whole family of 7 I asked for additional napkins and he tried to charge me for it. Also while ordering I changed my mind and decided to order a different dish and he did not want to change my order he tried to made me buy 8 dinners instead even that he had not completed the transaction he said he would not cancel until my husband had to tell him to change the order or we would cancel the whole order and walk away to a different restaurant then he adjusted the order with an attitude. I would not recommend to anyone. Eat inside the mall across the street. You will enjoy it more. read more
