The building is very pretty, a refurbished Italian farmers house. Surrounded by fields and gardens, it's quite and peaceful. The road adjacent is not busy and you can enjoy the atmosphere. There's also a decent size pool and it's just 4KM from the Adriatic sea (Caorle). Run by two young and cool sisters with their mom, you will be amazed with the cakes at breakfast and the delicious menu for lunch or dinner. If you're like to find "polpettine di zucchini e yogurt" (zucchini balls with yogurt) you have to try them. If you are not so lucky, no worries, there's plenty of delicious choices. Plus, the wine cart is great: enjoy your stay!

It's a wonderful hotel tastefully restored with close attention to the original, historical character of the property but also keeping in mind some more modern amenities. The park is beautiful and makes for an idyllic and romantic party venue, especially close at sunset when the sky starts getting its orange hues. The rooms are decorated with original furniture pieces and are spacious and confortable. The bathroom is more modern with both a shower and bathtub. The entire hotel is sparkling clean and the staff is very professional, welcoming and eager to help. They also offer a complementary delicious Italian-style breakfast buffet. Prices are very moderate. The hotel also hosts a very popular high-quality restaurant (Il Doge), very well known for its grilled meat and fish. Regretfully, we weren't able to have a meal there due to our heavy schedule during our stay but we look forward to sampling some of its specialties during our next trip.

Their menu was divine and their tiramisù freshly made every other day. The staff was international and, due to the high volume of American costumers, english was well understood and discretely spoken. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area! It doesn't reach a full 5 stars due to the remote location. You truly do need a car to go dine there. But the parking lot is ample and nice. I even spent a night in the annexed hotel. Fairly priced and nicely kept
