After the ceremony my party had to move a few tables and chairs back just so we could eat! She left in a hurry and didn't help at all. Then at the end of the night we had to put the rest of the tables and chairs back (yes in the contract it says I have to put everything back the way it was before I got there but we also had to clean up her mess) She had told me that my security deposit would go towards the bar bill. When I went to go pay it they had told me they had given enough her the deposit earlier in the day and she would never had said anything if I didn't ask her about it. She plays stupid when you ask her things like she has know idea what you are talking about. She also charged me over 4 times the amount of the venue to use it when it wasn't even her venue!!! Just like every normal woman, we have had the vision of our perfect wedding day planned out since we were the age of 5. Never did I think it would take place amidst a pandemic or that it would be executed as flawlessly as it was thanks to Krystal and her daughters. From the first time I spoke with Krystal, I knew she saw my vision and would bring it to life. She made it completely effortless. Truly! I was worried about finding the right vendors for hair, makeup, dj, flowers, cake, photographer and all the other jazz that goes along with wedding planning. But, before I could even start to stress I would get a phone call saying "I have the perfect person for this" and just like that it was taken care of and another worry off my shoulders. All the vendors that Krystal works with are fabulous and were created for exactly what they do. I couldn't have chosen better ones if I tried. Krystal coordinated our entire wedding from beginning to end. She is truly one of the hardest working people I have ever met and her passion for this business is amazing. We chose to have a backyard wedding since I have the most amazing space for it. The day of the wedding Krystal and her daughters arrived as soon as there was a touch of sunlight to start setting up. They set up the ceremony as well as the reception area. They worked nonstop until it was perfect and believe me it was. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my envisioned dream wedding right in front of my eyes. The attention to detail and the amount of romanticism to our entire venue was truly unbelievable. This day was beyond perfection and I will never forget it! If you are looking for an exception wedding planner, look no further. Third of all the event I hosted ended at 10 PM, but took us an hour to clean up an older woman barged in and threatened my 15-year-old daughter, whom it was her quinceanera and threatened her if we didn't have the place cleaned up in 15 minutes. She was gonna come back with the police. When I tried to speak to her, she just looked at me and turned away and walked out a few other reasons why I would like to leave a one star review is the floors were absolutely disgusting they were not swept, nor were they mopped! My guest also were bitten up from sand flies outside of the facility. One of my guests had to go to the ER because of the amount of bites she occurred on her legs and back. I do not recommend this facility at all to be rented out for a special occasion last but not least the man who rented it out to us named Bob yelled at my husband on the phone and told him that "our kind" left the place a mess when we really didn't everything was picked up cleaned up both bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was perfect. The only thing we didn't do was take the trash, but we had it nicely piled up next to the trashcan in the back when Bob called my phone the next day yelling at me that we didn't take the trash my husband went there took all the trash, put it in our car and drove it to a nearby dumpster, I think that's absolutely ridiculous that they only provide one trashcan and expect you to take the rest of the trash in your car, and I was not told this until the day of the event!

My Husband and I took a Sunset Cruise with Captain Jacob to celebrate our Anniversary. We had such…read morea great experience. Other sunset cruises are crowded and offer nothing more than a pretty picture. Not with Jacob. It was just my husband and I as passengers. We took a cruise up the river, where Jacob explained some interesting facts about the area and its Sawfish population. Further up the river he told us about the different fish that are in each section of the river as it becomes less salty and more fresh. Per our request he took us to a local marina restaurant, where we stopped and had a bite to eat. On the way back he got us into the harbor just in time for a spectacular sunset. He had snacks and waters aboard to make the journey that much better! He knew we were celebrating our anniversary and gave us the perfect balance between sharing his knowledge with us and allowing us plenty of time to enjoy each others company. We will certainly be back to explore the area with him again.
