We were a hard sell as we were looking for a single family home in a hard market with a VA loan and very little down. Many people wouldn't even look at our offers. When we started working with Brad we had already be rejected 23 times. It was getting very frustrating and we felt like giving up. Brad's attitude was a breathe of fresh air and gave us the feeling once again that we would find our dream home and not have to settle for anything less. He definitely kept his end of the bargain. Right away we had better results with Brad. He had great connections within the community and people would actually review our offers since Brad was backing us up. Within the first two months we had written only 3 offers, the final one being accepted. We were thrilled but obviously still skeptical given our previous track record and the fact that it was a short sale. Brad was able to create a great working relationship with the listing agent and throughout the process gave us updates and continually checked in on things to make sure the bank had not stopped the process. We definitely felt like we were well taken care of (which is hard to do for me!) and that he was just as excited about everything as we were. It took 5 months to close which was amazing for a short sale and Brad never gave up. He continued to work just as hard for us as ever. One of the things that we loved most was his realistic yet positive approach! It is so nice that throughout this sometime very frustrating process we not only got the home of our dreams we also made a very wonderful new friend. My husband and I strongly recommend Brad to anyone looking for a friendly, honest and very effective realtor. He did an amazing job for us and we know he would do a fantastic job every time.
