Cristina may be the best realtor I have ever worked with.  She has a great attitude, coupled with impressive local real estate knowledge, and a strong sense of what it will take to make the sale.  From the day we first met until the house closed escrow was about 4 1/2 weeks.  In that time, the house was cleaned up, repairs were made, landscaping was done and the house was staged.  It took a week on the market and several offers came in.  She identified the most qualified buyers and successfully closed the deal with them.  I was very impressed with the speed at which she worked to accomplish the goal.  I highly recommend her! read more

My wife and I are extremely fortunate and grateful to have have worked with Cristina for our home buying process. As first time buyers, it was a daunting task and the process was a long one for us. We worked with Cristina for over a year to find our final place and cannot speak enough of Cristina's support, patience and perseverance towards getting us our first ever home :). She was never focused on finishing the job quickly and we trusted her immensely with anything and everything related to our home buying process. 2. She always empowered us to make the decision.
