First, let me premise this with the following: Teri and Doug Price are, by far, the best real estate agents ever! I have bought and sold many homes over the years, in 3 different states, and while my previous favorite agent was really great, Doug and Teri far out-distanced her! We decided to downsize from our "fabulous house with incredible Sound views", to a "smaller, but similar house with incredible Sound views." It was the dead of winter in 2019 when we decided to sell. She delved into the historical aspect of our house, whose history was handed to us by the previous owner, but not disclosed or identified by his agent when we purchased the house. As it turned out, one of the main streets in town is named after the owner of our house - Sims Rd!!. Teri is a marketing genius and zero-ed in on its historical importance. Not only the original owner was famous, but our house was also a Beard Award-Winning restaurant with photographs as provenance. Five stars is not enough to describe Doug and Teri Price. They are an amazing team. Doug or Teri have never met a stranger. We felt comfortable with them the moment we met them. They were not salespeople they were professionals and knew their business. Our first visit with them they went through the whole process and what they felt was the best way to go forward. But even when they gave us their opinion it was up to us on how to proceed. They gave us a wonderful folder to go over and explained everything to us.
