I can't speak more highly about my realtors Teri and Doug Price @ priceforhomes@gmail.com. Their…read moreattention to my specific needs and requirements landed me my "forever home". Their diligence in combing the available inventory for the list of "must haves", plus and their on-going communications to keep me in the loop of activities through the buying process made this purchase occur without any hitches or delays. They're dedicated in finding the home that makes you "sparkle" is endless. 1) Teri and Doug are local folks, having grown up here gives them a vast knowledge of the Sequim area, old and new neighborhoods, rules, and regulations, they are a gold mine of information. 2) Purchasing a home in this competitive market required writing an offer to win out all others but not overpricing the home. Teri is brilliant at this, the strategy used provided me the best opportunity. 3) Teri is personable, likes to get to know you and what your desires are in a home, she is honest, straightforward, and dedicated to ensuring you have all the information needed to make this big decision. I think she gets as much joy out of finding the perfect home as the person does in buying it. 4) Being a key resource in the area, Teri can provide a buffet of resources for the little and big jobs that the new homeowner may need down the road. I am so fortunate to had them as relators, and an on-going friend in Sequim.

We were so lucky to have a recommendation of Teri Price by a realtor who was retiring. Teri and…read moreher husband Doug work together and both have given us great service in buying a new house and then selling our old home. Buying a house is a major lifetime purchase for many of us and it comes with a lot of anxiety about spending so much money. Teri gave us such good advice and was always there to answer questions. She knows a lot of good people for inspection and repairs who we used on both houses. Her expertise in presenting our home for sale led to many qualified offers and we were able to close the sale quickly. On top of all that Teri and Doug are such pleasant and generous people-- it made the house buying and selling process much easier.

We used this office in 2013 to sell my deceased father's home in Sequim. We live out of state and…read moreneeded an office we felt would represent our interests since we couldn't be there to represent them ourselves. It's a long, convoluted story I won't bore you with, but my dad's home sort of fell in this offices' lap by way of a different realtor. They had to do virtually no marketing that we know of and the home sold & closed within 4 months of them receiving the business. At first, when our agent (Eric Hegge) wanted the keep our business, he was very solicitous and helpful. When it became apparent the house would be selling, his demeanor changed. He was short in emails, told us things to appease us even though they weren't really true, complained when he had to walk the property to find the property markers and pushed hard for us to pay someone to do it... I mean, really, it was the only thing above and beyond he really did for us (outside of the normal realtor paperwork & phone calls). Oh - he also bought two CO2 monitors for us at Home Depot and plugged them in. He then backcharged us the $50 they cost at closing. The nail in the coffin, though, was the thank you we received. The house sold for over half a million dollars, which equals a nice paycheck for 4 months of work. We received an email - an EMAIL - with one line that said something to the effect of, "Congratulations - your house has closed. Thank you for your business." We were shocked at this horrible business practice. Over half a million dollars and we get a one line email thank you? He could have at least hand written a thank you to us. It was bad business but he really didn't care because we were out of state and he knew we wouldn't be back for any future business. I wrote a letter to the owner of this office telling him about our experience and I heard crickets in return. Bottom line: if you live out of state and need to sell property, find a different office who will truly care about you as a client regardless of whether you'll be back or not.
