This is the worst company I probably have ever felt with. Multiple calls to try and get service corrected. Could not even get ahold of anyone in office instead have been connected to call centers in different states. Completely frustrated is an understatement. Complete frustration. 10+ calls and all i can get is a call center in a different state. I recently purchased a home with termite bond and called to move it into my name. Twice now they've told me it's done. We'll it's not done. I found termites in an outbuilding and just want to talk to a local tech. For some reason that's impossible. They say they're relaying the request to the Dothan office but nothing ever happens. I'm fed up. If they don't want my business so be it. Plenty of local companies I can use. read more

I purchased a home in June of 2024 with a Terminix termite bond. I paid the bond in March for the current homeowner with the promise that it would be no issue in June to swap the bond to my name. Terminix in Dothan, AL is no longer customer facing so you have to go through the call center - I scheduled a termite inspection with the call center, and it was not relayed to the office in Dothan. A technician showed up at an unscheduled time and stated that they do not communicate well with the call center so I had to find an alternative solution while at work due to the unprofessionalism so the inspection could be completed. I called the call center after the inspection and asked that the termite bond be transferred to my name and after giving them the new information and having them speak with the previous owner, they stated it would be transferred. I called the call center in May of 2025 to renew the bond and discovered that it still was not in my name. I gave the information to the gentleman who said the Dothan store would reach out to me within 2 weeks to confirm the change was made and to schedule an inspection. 3 weeks passed and I did not hear from anyone, so I called back and none of the information from June 2024 or May of 2025 was saved so I gave the information again and explained my frustrations to the CSR. She said the change would be made immediately as she put in a ticket for the branch to call me as soon as possible. We scheduled an inspection for the following Friday. That day, a technician came to my home and left his business card and a form to fill out (to give the SAME information I have provided many times). I completed the form and have now emailed him 3 times with no response. I also took off of work for the inspection, but no one showed. I have taken my business elsewhere, which was cost an additional $500 since the bond is "not in my name". I highly recommend working with a different company who values customers. Josh Stafford in Dothan Alabama was very professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that my Snoodle, Bella would not be attacked by fleas when she went out! Even though she is on flea medication, when she came back in, I started seeing A couple of fleas on her small body, that was two to many! Josh made sure that my yard and patio would be flea free! Terminix Tech, Stephen St. Peter went above and beyond to treat my home and property to ensure that my family and I are most protected against insects common in Alabama. Stephen also gave great advice on how to take care of other pests that may be encountered given that the surrounding area is farm land. 5 Stars for customer service. read more

I moved to these appartments in Headland Al at 300 boynton st headland al 36345 in march 2018. they have terminix service. this satisfaction guarantee is a lie. I have water bugs crawling on the walls. these appartments are infested with bugs. terminix has did nothing about them. now they in my furniture. I am breaking my lease to get out of here. i will never use terminix . read more
