They…read morewere supposed to call me to let me know what was going on since we are the party responsible for fixing the unit and we are not local, but nobody ever called. I had to follow up several times with emails and phone calls over several days to find out what happened, only to find out they did some work without authorization, and never contacted me. They said they cleaned the coils and it fixed the leak. With the issue continuing, and with how things were handled the first time with Stinnett, I did not feel comfortable having them return and sent out a second company. The second company visited the property and found the evaporator coil stopped up. They said it was brushed by another company but the coil is impacted internally, requiring it to be pulled and cleaned outside with coil cleaner. The leak caused discoloration on the front panel which needs to be addressed, and they found an extremely dirty air filter. Neither of the issues were noted by Stinnett. How can one company provide such little information when doing the same assessment as another company, is what I'm struggling to understand. We have now paid for the service call and cleaning of the unit to Stinnett, and the service call to another company to find out what is actually going on. I'm extremely disappointed in the service Stinnett provided.

I have a 2017 Ford Expedition with a five button remote and I sent a request for quote in at 7:45pm…read moreon a Friday night and got a text response at 8:00pm giving me a price of $155 for the first key and $50 for the second key for a total of $205. I had some more questions about availability and scheduling and Alex texted me within fifteen minutes and told me if I wanted to do it, he would have to order the five button key fobs, he had four button and three button in stock. He called me on Wednesday afternoon and said the key fobs were in and we scheduled for Thursday to cut and program the new fobs at my house. Alex called to let me know he was coming and was on time and very friendly, courteous and professional. He cut and tested both keys and then programmed and tested both keys in thirty minutes. Alex also made a conventional metal key just for getting in to the car in case I lock myself out. The service and value I received from A.S lock And Key was outstanding. I priced these keys at the Ford Dealership in Dothan and the price was $245/key with no price break for the second key and then they had to be brought to the Service department to be cut and programmed for $175/key. This is a total of $840. Do yourself and your budget a favor if you have automotive car key issues and call A.S Lock And Key and have Alex professionally and efficiently take care of your needs. I will have them take care of all my automotive and home lock and key needs. Thank you for being so customer service oriented.

I went in for a simple tire rotation. The staff weren't friendly at all or communicative about…read moreservices. I noticed after my tire rotation that my car drifted slightly to the right so I took it back in for them to check it out. Instead of communicating that they felt my car had no issues, they then performed a service on my car without my consent. when I question staff member Corey Blalock as why they put the tires back to how they were pre-service I was given different reasons. First he said it was because my tires were unevenly worn.( I have a 2025 nissan Sentra that had less than 5,000 miles at the time of service.) Then he stated it was because of the uneven roads of Dothan. When I questioned why they would put them back after I paid for the rotation, he stated they "fixed the problem/complaint I had"(leaving me to believe it was done out of spite because of my "complaint".)Then when I further pushed the issue about it, I was met with a condescending-attitude, with him stating that he could've charged me for a service I was unaware of and how they switched them back for "free" as if they were doing me a favor. He was not helpful at all and I could tell he did not care to fix the issue and I left without the issue being resolved.
