    They billed me twice for my first service and wont refund my money. I even told them I would show them proof from my bank statement but they still won't refund me. So disappointing. Do not sign up with them. They are theives.

Our dog has even chased it a few times late at night. It was our tree and hedge guy that found a burrow underneath our A/C unit. Of all the places why ours??? I did a little research and found CritterPro. They have good reviews so I sent them a message on their website and they called me within 15 minutes. I spoke to Edward and described the problem. He gave me a reasonable estimate and we set up a time for him to come up and set a trap. On the day, he called me about and hour early asking if he could swing by and I agreed. Edward was really nice. I showed him all the holes and the a/c unit. He stated that the A/C unit doesn't appear to have been used recently and offered to fill it in. As for the holes in our fence, we could block it with rocks or pavers to prevent them from slipping in again. If the critter comes back he said to give him a call. Let's see if he comes back. Well, it did. I called back and Edward came back out with a trap. He explained to me how the trap worked and how to free any other animals that may get caught in it by accident. The very next day the armadillo was caught, I called them, they took it away and refilled the whole it made. Two days later, another hole was created. Ugh, another one! This time Austin came out and reset the trap. He was so polite and answered any questions I had and tested the trap at least 3 times to make sure it worked. It took few days and even had to had to flip the trap around as we heard some squeaking from the hole, then we finally got'em! They came back out to pick up the trap and the picked up the little guy. Unfortunately that wasn't the last one, so we had another trap set up and caught a third one! We thought that there might be a fourth one but all we've caught so far is a possum. It's been pretty quiet so far. Hopefully that's the last of them. Thanks CritterPro for everything!

    Critter Pro saved us from a scam. We got roof rats, and a company tried to sell us services we did…read morenot need-- such as more insulation on the attic--to solve the problem. We called Critter Pro instead, and we immediately felt like they were trustworthy. Critter Pro closed all the wholes that gave wildlife access to our attic. A generous warranty is included with the service. In the last year, we have called them twice, and they did not charge us.

She genuinely listened to my predicament, was well versed in wildlife regulations and offered solutions. She referred Robbie to my case and I cannot say enough good things about Robbie. He has expert trapping and customer service skills. He is dedicated and shows concern for the customer and the wildlife. In less than two weeks he trapped and relocated 14 raccoons that were taking over and negatively impacting my quality of life. I am so grateful for Quick Catch, Lizzie and Robbie. I would highly recommend their service.

They came out very promptly and assessed the evidence of the wild boar destruction path in the back grass area. They then returned the next day with a massage cage they put up in just the right spot. Each side of the cage had to be wheeled back one by one it's so heavy. They put up a pole with a camera so they could start remotely observing activity and baited inside the cage. After just a couple days we had 5 inside around 8pm. I'm thinking okay we got em. They're like no we're waiting because we want to get them all and we think there's more. I'm thinking we lost our chance. Haha the very next night, exact same time 9 wild boar entered the cage! They remotely dropped the cage and notified us right away. They kept in contact communication with us and sent us pictures from the cameras leading up to this point. They were always available for questions or concerns. The very next morning they all arrived to humanely remove each wild boar from the cage. They even utilized water hoses to keep hosing them inside the trailer to keep them cooled off the best they could. In this Florida heat and dealing with wild boars, which is NOT an easy task, they were all so mannerly and gracious. They kept the cage up over the weekend just in case there were more, which there was not so they came back after a few days and removed the cage. Clearly they know exactly what they're doing and are great at it with each other in their communications and game planning. I opted in because I had very recently…read morefound sugar ants in the guest bathroom and one of the bedrooms and was deathly afraid of them making it to the kitchen. I mentioned that my dad uses another company and they dropped the monthly fee- so beware, there is room to negotiate. I also refused to sign a 1 or 2 year contract. 6 months- to try and also to look around and ask dad how much he pays. So- the very first tech they sent within 30 minutes of me signing up with the salesman was great. He knew what he was doing and I trusted him in my home. I asked if he would be my service man for the duration and he told me to request him. Yeah- I tried that the very next service date that was scheduled to no avail. I even told the next guy I wanted him and he said he would note it to the scheduler. I am 6 visits in all with completely different people. I have one more left in my contract and I will be cancelling. I like consistency. One of the scheduled days was rainy- aka- they couldn't really preform the service and I had to request the come out again because they never rescheduled a follow up to complete the service- even though that service tech said he would make sure they scheduled a follow up. Dealing with too many different faces and calling them is a joke, I am just a fee- not a person. Also- there are scheduling changes that sometimes happen after your service tech no shows. I get weather and/or having a longer service at another home- but communication is always key in any business. Ezequias was the one tech I really liked. I didn't meet half the other ones because they came while I was at work. He also trained 2 of the other techs I met and talked to. And yes- there is an early cancellation fee and that first tech went over everything in the contract with me to make sure I understood everything.

Understand they don't want you to cancel and will try to keep you, but this guy would not give up. I said multiple times I did not want to transfer our service and he kept on. I finally had to be ugly about it because he would just not stop. I should not have to say "no, I do not want to transfer please just cancel" 6 times and then have to get stern for him to listen. Very frustrating. Not how you keep a customer and certainly not a way to get referrals to your company.
