They did not take care of our property or repair the property damage they did here. He mentioned he would review the issue with Joe and arrange for someone to inspect the roof using a ladder. On Thursday, Mason told me Joe believed the issue was related to caulking around the exterior of the window and asked to return for more photos. It's now been two weeks, and I haven't received follow-up from anyone with Joe Ochoa Roofing. I chose not to reach out due to the poor customer service and lack of communication. If the job was considered too small, I would have appreciated the honesty rather than being ignored. Fortunately, I found a reputable company who correctly diagnosed the issue--not caulking, but a hole in the roof. They repaired the damage and replaced all affected insulation and sheetrock. I'm grateful I went with them, as the problem was more serious than originally suggested.
