Well, I was shocked. I called an Agent and I decided I wanted to change plans because I was scared I would end up without insurance as the deadline was looming. The agent I depended upon knew less than I about the plans! So, I finally changed plans. Then the network made nice, and I could go back to my old plan. Yay! Only she goofed up the dates when reenrolling and they DENIED me. So, what a mess. We parted ways at this point.. Panicked. TRENT TO THE RESCUE. She also ensured my kids were correctly attached in the system for future calls. Communication from Globe Life has been reasonable. Periodically we get a mailing about the cost to increase our coverage.
