Well, I was shocked. I called an Agent and I decided I wanted to change plans because I was scared I would end up without insurance as the deadline was looming. The agent I depended upon knew less than I about the plans! So, I finally changed plans. Then the network made nice, and I could go back to my old plan. Yay! Only she goofed up the dates when reenrolling and they DENIED me. So, what a mess. We parted ways at this point.. Panicked. TRENT TO THE RESCUE.
