Next thing I know Bristol emailed me indicating that they were submitting a charge for over $500 to one of my banks. I immediately emailed the agent disputing the charge without any satisfactory action by the agent to resolve the problem. They actually emailed me notice of the charge before even sending me documents to sign to put insurance in place with them. I do not even know how they got my bank account info. Of course, as of this morning (10/23) a charge from Bristol is pending on my account for $543.65. I immediately contacted my bank to dispute the charge, but I shouldn't have to spend hours to correct their mistake. Or maybe it is just that Bristol operates this way which is clearly fraudulent. They say that the letter says if you don't reply by a certain date, its automatic. They make it difficult to remove the person and say that I have to prove that he doesn't live with me. Do not use this company. They add random people to your policy and hope you don't notice and just pay it. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star, perhaps zero or negative one.
