On numerous occassions Shakeel promises you one thing and never delivers. He doesn't do any of the work himself and contracts everything out resulting in little to no awareness of what was, or was not done. What's worse is that there is no accountability and you'll end up chasing him to complete what was both paid for and promised, often with little to no results. This company is GREATLY overrated…read more Our project involved a large backyard space transformation and included installation of a fiberglass pool, sport court and stone patio. The cost of the project was well above 200K. Throughout, our project was marred by delays, setbacks, mistakes, and frustrations in dealing with a company that refuses to take accountability and has very little interest in striving for customer satisfaction. In the end the experience was wholly unpleasant and I would not recommend this company. I waited a year to post this review in a fair effort to have the owner address multiple deficiencies (for details see Homestars review). After being ignored and receiving more gaslighting comments, I finally felt that it was important for other potential customers to hear of a different experience with this company. In my opinion, a company's true nature is shown by how they address mistakes and strive for customer satisfaction. No one is perfect but to continually ignore, deflect and string along a paying customer like ME did to us is completely unacceptable.
