That would have been fine, if it had happened. However, all of our communication happened via Yelp, and I never provided them with a phone number (nor did they ask for one), only the address of the property (which has been redacted in the pictures). And when I checked my phone records there were no calls placed to my phone from the business line listed, nor did they provide me with an alternate number they had called from.

It's not a "me" problem. But I am tired of chasing folks who I want to PAY to do work. And unfortunately, it's pretty easy and convenient to claim "miscommunication" when confronted with actual evidence that there was, in fact, no communication from your side from May 31, 2022 until March 2023 when you responded to my original review (which response has now disappeared). (2) Yup, grass was long. Several weeks had been missed due to rain. As a pro tip: grass continues to grow when left uncut. If you recall my original review, I said you did a great job the ONE time you came out. I've only downgraded since then due this inane back and forth where you are trying to discredit my honest review. Perhaps you should have stopped while you were ahead. (3) I sure did block you from sending me direct messages on this platform after you abused that privilege by threatening me via DM. That doesn't in any way excuse your lack of communication previously since that block only occurred a few weeks ago, and almost a year after you ghosted me on lawn service.
