When I first agreed to the interview online, it stated that the employer would call at the time of the interview. I waited by my phone and 10 minutes after the agreed time, I decided to give them a call. They said they expected the interview to be in person. So I apologized, even though it was not my mistake, and we agreed I would be able to do an in person interview an hour later. I got there, the interview went great, and they said they would get back to me within a week. A week passes and I still haven't heard anything back. I call them the next Saturday, but no one answered the phone. I called again the following Monday and told them I want to check on the status of my application. They put me on hold for a few seconds and then tell me that the doctor is sorry to get back to me so late but that the position has been filled. Very unprofessional for an employer to not get back to applicants at all until they check in, especially when it was communicated by the employer that they would reach out to you within a certain time frame. Best of luck.

After months of strange insomnia battles, my husband is finally sleeping. The teas are so homemade and really help too (they taste is less than desirable, but they work!) Their front desk is efficient and on her game too. She was able to get us in quickly, get me itemized receipts for our insurance, and keeps the train going. I cannot recommend them enough. This is my third acupuncture clinic (first one in Colorado, and these ladies really know their stuff!)

Dr. Debbie is caring, kind, professional, funny, vastly knowledgeable, more than comfortable bedside manner. She listens, addresses your issues, doesn't dismiss symptoms or your experience. She'll spend time with you to make sure she tends to any question you have. The acupuncture is so effective. After 3 months now my body has balanced in ways I never felt before. I feel better overall, my raging PMS and perimenopause have chilled out and is acting normally. My husband's back pain has eased tremendously with both acupuncture and cupping. She's an amazing practitioner and we highly recommend her.

Everything is very clean and the music soothing. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Before we started, I met with Dr. Lee to explain the neck and shoulder pain that I have experienced for many months now. My muscles have gotten so tight that nothing has loosened them up. I'm not a big fan of muscle relaxants so I didn't want to go to my regular doctor, I wanted to try something more natural. I've seen acupuncture work on dogs, and they can't lie about it, so I had a feeling that this would help release the pressure in my shoulders, lower back and hip. The experience is very similar to going in for a massage. Except instead of the massage they're putting little needles in you to release the tension. I also had a couple of gentle muscle stimulators going on the sore areas. I laid on a massage style table for about 25 minutes and then Todd took the needles out and did something (I can't remember what it was called) to allow the healing properties from some herbal medicine to enter the needle areas, then he took the needles out. It's pretty relaxing. If you're tired it's a nice break from the day to take a nap. All this said, it isn't an instant fix, nor did I expect it to be. I will have at least 5 more sessions after this one combined with massage (not associated with this business) to reset everything going on with my back, but I will say that within two days I started to notice a release in the tension in my shoulder and neck area. The pain actually reduced even more with taking ibuprofen for the first time in months. I was also given a balm which is similar to the feel of icy hot, but without the strong menthol smell. And you can feel that really digging in deep to loosen the muscles. Especially effective after you've taken a bath or shower! Now, the only thing bad... It took eight weeks to get an initial appointment. I'm not really sure why because the initial conversation probably wasn't more than 10 or max 15 minutes? Then I spent a lot of time waiting once I had undressed and gotten ready for the acupuncture before it started. Perhaps for other people the initial consultation is much longer, I don't know. I had asked to be put on a waiting list if any availability opened up, but I did not ever get a call for that. Since I knew that my shoulder and neck area were still going to hurt, two months later, I went ahead with the appointment. I'm glad I did and I still believe this is going to be the correct solution. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that releasing this tension will finally give me a restful sleep and reduce my dependence on ibuprofen and sleep aids! Dr. Li and Todd are both very gracious and calming spirits to have around!

I wrote my original review in May 2024 after nearly two years of treatment with Dr. Chien, and I…read morestill stand by everything I said. I recently saw a negative review, and while I respect that everyone's experience is their own, what was described there is very different from what I personally experienced over a long period of care. Dr. Chien is a very sought‑after practitioner, and because of that he is busy with many patients. That has always been normal in his clinic. Bruising can happen with acupuncture, even with excellent technique, and patients generally cannot know whether a needle "missed" a point. As for herbs, Dr. Chien provides custom herbal formulas based on each patient's specific needs, and in traditional Chinese medicine these do not come with Western‑style ingredient labels -- that is standard practice. I'm not here to dismiss anyone's feelings, but I do want readers to know that the negative review paints a picture that does not match the care I received. My long‑term experience with Dr. Chien was consistently positive, transparent, and effective, and I hope this helps provide a fuller and more balanced perspective.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share the experience I wish I had…read moreknown about before deciding to work with Dr. Chien. My biggest concern was the lack of transparency during the initial consultation. At no point was I informed that, in addition to the acupuncture sessions, I would be expected to purchase herbal tablets. It wasn't until after I had already paid $700 for a package of 10 sessions that Dr. Chien told me the tablets were necessary for treatment, at an additional cost of $150 per week for an unspecified period of time. I purchased the tablets once, but they were provided without any labeling or information about their ingredients. I ultimately had to email Dr. Chien afterward just to find out what I had been given. During my last two acupuncture sessions, the needles missed the intended acupuncture points, leaving me with significant bruising. In addition, Dr. Chien is always in such a hurry treating multiple patients at the same time, it made each appointment feel rushed and left very little opportunity to ask questions or discuss my treatment. Greater transparency about treatment costs and recommendations from the beginning, along with more individualized attention during appointments, would have made for a much better patient experience.
