Carmina, the case manager for Colombia, has been the biggest blessing throughout this process. She's very thorough, organized, compassionate, and it is very obvious she loves her job and truly cares about all of her clients and the children she's trying to find forever families for. She's walked us through every step of the way. I've had conversations with numerous people in different departments of the agency and each has been kind, respectful, offered assistance, and a pleasure to speak with. We are traveling to Colombia in the upcoming months to finalize our adoption. I've spoken with other families/clients of CHI who've recently finalized their Colombian adoption who have shared positive feedback regarding CHI's assistance while in country, as well as families who've adopted from their China program.
