I wanted my taxes done right and of course maximize my return. Melinda was very personable at my meeting with her. I gave her all the info I had, made notes on what else she needed and emailed her with some follow up questions within the week. I did not receive a response and had to follow up a couple different times until we figured out my emails were in her junk folder. The same thing happened again after that. Besides the communication issues, I was disappointed at paying a hefty fee for CPA to find out she did my taxes wrong. After my husband spoke to her receptionist to straighten things out, the taxes were fixed. I have no faith that all the other complicated stuff that I was scared to do myself was done correctly to maximize my return. Also- I got absolutely no tips on what to do for next year. I know 1 thing- I will stick with TurboTax!

The staff (Melissa and Bobby) are very friendly, and the process is simple. I drop off the needed paperwork, answer a few questions, and return in a few days to sign some more paperwork, and if I owe, they provide pre-filled forms and an addresses envelope for mailing a check. So far, every time I've used them, I've gotten a larger refund from federal than the amount I have paid to state. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who doesn't feel confident or have the time to file tax returns themselves.
