Five stars frankly not enough. It wasn't enough that Terri got us 25K over our asking price that was awesome. We learned in todays market to actually close a deal is so much harder than just accepting the offer. Terri is a star at the little details when selling at every turn things popped up and she steered us through all of it. When our buyer was lagging she knew when to apply pressure and let the other parties know to step up. In todays market it's not enough to accept a good offer you really need a real estate professional who from start to finish closes the deal.
