I was looking for a floral shop near my grandmother's home in FL that would offer same-day delivery, for her birthday. Stumbled upon Terri's through a rough Google search. After today, I will only use this shop for sending her arrangements. When she came home to find the flowers on her porch, she called me up and absolutely raved about how beautiful they were, and how nice the arrangement was put together ( her words: "In my 78 years, I have never seen such a beautiful, bouquet"). I had some flowers sent to my boyfriend's mother a few months ago for her birthday while she was down in Florida. I realized that I haven't left a review because she still talks about how these were the most gorgeous and fresh flowers she has ever received! She noted that the arrangement later almost two weeks (making sure to change the water/trim the stems), with the orchids holding on a bit longer. This is the first review I've ever left anywhere... This place is absolutely wonderful. They delivered the flowers on schedule and my lovely lady was very impressed. Be cautious how the pictures online look on some of the bouquet's. They show, for example a dozen roses, all facing one side and it makes it look more full than what shows up. I made the mistake of thinking I was shorted on the number of roses because they arrange them in a way that looks amazing from every angle. Dispite my unwarranted rude and embarrassing phone call the staff was very polite and accommodating. They've earned a lifetime customer for sure! read more

If I could give NO stars I would. I have never received such a misleading representation of a product before in my life. Buyer BEWARE!! What you see on their website will not even be close to what you receive, and sadly they did not even reach out to say that the flowers and arrangements that they are showcasing on their website, they do not even carry in stock, and therefore would be designing completely different arrangement with completely different flowers and colors. They showcase something very different then they deliver. I understand sometimes a florist has to make a substitution, but delivering a completely different arrangement that does not contain ANY of the flowers in the original order, and not reaching out to the customer to explain or ask if sending a completely different arrangement would be okay, is just horrible customer service and business. There are so many florists, do not trust this one. When I called to discuss the flowers that were delivered with the Manager, (Kasey), I was talked over, told I was a good lesson for them to learn from...Really? How about, apologizing first, then launching into your 10-minute spell of how you put pictures of arrangements on your website to show, but that they are really not what you will arrange or deliver. I think what you are doing falls very close to false advertising, Kasey. Don't show your customer what you wish you could deliver, show them what you will deliver when they buy your product. I've ordered arrangements by Terri's several times from another state for my Mother in Florida. I understand that substitutions must sometimes be made, but my last order will actually be my last from Terri's. This time I ordered the cardinal arrangement...the charm of two little cardinal picks in the bouquet was what I wanted for Mom. They were not included in the arrangement. So disappointing that what you see is often not what is delivered by this florist. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. read more

They called me to verify the delivery date and order and my mom received the arrangement on Christmas Eve as I requested. Terri's came highly recommended by a local funeral home and I have used them twice. Each time, my mother has gone on and on about how classy and beautiful my flowers were. I live out of state and it is nice to be able to call and speak directly with the florist, give her a dollar amount, and know that whatever they come up with will exceed my expectations. Absolutely horrible service. I ordered flowers on Monday to be delivered to my mother in law today....I received a voicemail at 5:20pm that the flowers were going to be moved to tomorrow for delivery...we'll my mother in law will not be home so good thing I got the message and called back. When I did call back, I spoke to Casey and she was very rude, short and full of excuses. She said she would deliver sometime before 9 tonight. When I asked why I didn't receive a call earlier in the day and why is delivery now going to be so late, she told me that it's mother's day and they are busy...Wow, seriously?? As a florist, shouldn't you have been better prepared for this? Now my mother in law has no flowers for mother's day and it's too late to make other arrangements. I have never had a florist do this before. I even ordered my mother flowers in another state and she had them at 10:00am.
