They were very kind and gracious, and were able to create two beautiful bouquets of long-stemmed roses with greenery and baby's breath, wrapped with shred ribbons. The quality of the bouquets was excellent. They were ready the next morning. The staff was also very nice. I highly recommend them!

I told her I wasn't aware of that either and wish any of that would have been communicated. I didn't choose the green foam or the heart it was their idea when I gave my vision so knowing they'd die the next day I wouldn't have agreed. They refunded me half of my order. I paid $103 for this. One I asked for pink roses and didn't get them :( then I asked for the sunflowers all around I was told filler would be just inside the ribbon. I could've bought a 3/$12 at Publix baby breath the flowers and sunflowers and gotten more flowers. I also could've bought a heart chocolate and flower sponges at the dollar tree and done this. If you're looking for wonderful Christmas decorations, accessories, ornaments, etc. This is definitely worth a trip before Christmas. I went 3 times this year LOL. I bought some fun new ornaments for our tree and my friend bought home accents. They also sell other items - candles, jewelry, a wide range of dips/mixes. They walk around with samples of drinks and dips so you can check out their mixes. They also sell jams and relishes. This last trip, we bought the bacon/horseradish dip and the chipotle ranch dip. I made the bacon one into a dip and the ranch one into a cheese ball. Both were delicious. My friend bought and made the apple cider drink, which has you add caramel vodka. The drink was delicious! The Christmas Jam was also a hit (it's strawberry/cranberry). Highly recommend if you're near Eustis - and there's a Foxtail next door if you want to grab a quick coffee and sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather.
