The relationship started with me having to pay an application fee before I was even able to look at any of their properties. Great way to start a relationship. During my lease, I was never trusted about any issues or concerns I brought to their attention about the home. We were always second guessed. Awful feeling when trying to live in a home you are paying a pretty penny for. The end of my lease was a mess. No communication from their end, and when I was able to get communication, it had to be face to face, with me making the initiative to go to their office...then I was screamed at for 45 minutes and told to go ahead and get a lawyer.
